From the 27th April 2011 in the good press points the next issue of the all-Poland monthly "Bodybuilding and Fitness" ("Kulturystyka i Fitness") will appear and with it the next dose of armwrestling in the permanent Armpower section.

May issue of Armpower will be dominated by the account from the Polish Armwrestling Championships. This year, IX edition, was held in Nisko. The local club - Wiking was responsible for the organization of the tournaments. Almost 200 athletes competed for the title of the Polish Champion and the right of the start at this year's European Championships.

In the stands a few hundred vigorously responding spectators were watching the struggles of the best Polish armwrestlers for two days. The competitors reciprocated with a magnificent spectacle. It will be possible for you to read more about the struggle, the results and the large account in the May issue of the press patron of Polish armwrestling - B&F magazine.

The May issue of "B&F" will traditionally be consisted of 132 pages, where apart form armwrestling you can find extensive coverages of competitions, interviews and lots of interesting articles and advices on training, nutrition and supplementation.
