We have a new portion of armwrestling in the October all-Poland monthly "Body-bulding and Fitness" ("Kulturystyka i Fitness) (a press patron of the Polish armwrestling) in Armpower section for all the armrestling fans. This time fans of our sports discipline may read an announcement of the international "Złoty Tur Cup - Professionals' World Cup - Nemiroff World Cup - Sopot 2010". In this issue of Armpowerwe remind the previous editions of Nemiroff World Cup and present our types for this year's rivalry.

In the further part we focused on the last year's medalist of the Professionals' World Cup - Dariusz Muszczak from Myszków. We visited him at the gym where he revealed us how he is preparing for the fights with the world's bests. At the end we have for you a short account from the Seaside Tournaments, where we remind how hot it was by the Baltic Sea this year.
