On 18.04.2011, in a dormitory at the Electrical School Compelx no 1 (Zespol Szkol Elektrycznych nr 1) in Cracow the II DORMITORY ARMWRESTLING TOURNAMENTS FOR THE DIRECTOR'S CUP was held. 

Students (22 participants) representing Cracow dormitories, including the ones at the Construction School Compelx (Zespol Szkol Budowlanych), Communications Schools (Szkoly Łacznosci), Bursa SP no 2, the Electrical School Complex no 1 (Zespol Szkol Elektrycznych nr 1) stood up at the start. The competition was organized in a professional way at a specialized table, which was a great attraction for the beginners of this interesting discipline. A referee of the tournament was Mr Dariusz Groch, a multiple medalist of the Polish Armwrestling Championships, a participant of the European and World Championships. A headmaster - Mr Antoni Juszczyk performed a grand opening of the event.

After a stiff rivalry the men OPEN class - right hand was won by Kamil Kurnik - a student of the Basic Vocational School No 18 (Zasadnicza Szkola Zawodowa nr 18,), second place went to Pawel Irzyk - a student of the Electrical School Complex No 1 (Zespol Szkol Elektrycznych nr 1), third place took Jaroslaw Baran - a student of the Communications College (Technikum Lacznosci) (a resident of ZSE No 1 dormitory). The youngest participants of the tournaments were Adam and Norbert Jozefek, students of the Junior High School No 17 in Cracow. 

In the women OPEN class - right hand was won by Barbara Klosinska a student of the Surveying and Environmental Science Technical College no 12 (Technikum Geodezji i Kształtowania Środowiska Nr 12), the second place went to Paulina Balonek a student of the High School no 25 (a resident of ZSE No 1 dormitory), the third place went to Katarzyna Buczek a resident of ZSE No 1 dormitory. 

During the official closure of thecompetition youth has received attractive prizes, diplomas and cup from the hands of the Director. Youth from the ZSE No 1 dormitory, acting in the organizing committee, specially appointed for the occasion, and coordinated by a teacher Mr Przemysław Ciba participated in the preparations for the competitions.
