A nice touch of the all-Poland armwrestling rivalry is a start disabiled comeptitors and veterans - masters (competitors over 40) and grand masters (competitors over 50). And so it was during this year's "XI Armwrestling Polish Cup, which took place on 27th-28th November 2010 at the Millennium Hall of the Sports and Recreation Centre in Kolobrzeg.

The biggest pool of medals fall to Konstanty Królik from Piaseczno. Konstanty came back home with 6 cup medals (2 medals in the masters +90kg class:  bronze-left, the silver right, two medals in grand masters in +90kg class: brown for left and right and 2 in disabled + 80kg calass: silver for left and right) . Oh, Konstanty, are there not too many of those medals?

In terms of disabled class it is worth mentioning starts of other competitors. As usually, Maciej Gralaka from Bydgoszczhad a very good start in up to 60kg class (2 gold) and Bartosz Jakubowski from Choszczno of +80kg class (2 gold). Also Piotr Kozłowski from Choszczno did quite not too bad, and like former colleagues returned home with two gold medals, gained in up to 80kg class. The one who really deserves attention is Patryk Waterle from Choszczno, who apart from two bronze medals in 80kg disabled class returned home with a silver medal of up to 57kg junior class. His stiff fights for left hand in the juniors were certainly engraved our memory and permanently secured its place in the history of the knockout competition.

In fact, in terms of disabled classes all of the competitors deserve recognition.

Due to such starts we know that these competitors are on par with other ones. As mentioned earlier they are a nice and touching touch of such a sports competition. We would like to thank them sincerely for their willingness to sacrifice for training.

It is the same in case of starts of competitors over forty and fifty. Here it is ment masters and grand masters. Here medalists of particular weight classes, especially gold medalists deserve recognition. Paweł Lasota did very well in up to 90kg calass of masters and grand masters. Paweł returned home with four gold medals. In this age and weight class also Andrzej Hymer from Koszalinwent did well. Just like Paweł, Andrzej returned home with four medals. However, unlike Paweł's, his medals were: 3 silver and 1 brown. Andrzej only in grand masters right hand class had to accept the superiority of the World Vice Champion from 2004 - Janusz Piechowski from Gdynia (Janusz also won the brown medal in the right hand masters class, for left hand he did not start).

A revelation of the competition were two players from Gdynia: Andrzej Głąbała and Waldemar Michalski. Andrzej after a year break, returned to take off in grand masters +90kg class and won two gold medals. Waldemar won two medals of the same color, in the masters +90kg class. As usually Stanislaw Gralak took off really good, and in the rivalry of +90kg class won three silver medals (left master, grand masters left and right).
Among women - masters gold for left and right in the open class went to Jadwiga Lewandowska from Gdynia. Our congratulations.
