In the US often take place meetings of athletes, during which they exchange experiences, opinions, different techniques of training. The seminar, which will be held in Los Angeles is radically different from anything that has been so far.

In this workshop, unlike other similar events, the training process will be analyzed from a scientific point of view, will be disclosed physiological and biochemical processes in the body armwrestler which arise in the process of training and competitive activity and which underlie achievement of good results or, on the contrary, reduce power potential, and sometimes result injury.

The purpose of the seminar is to teach athletes, both professional and amateur, to create a training program taking into account their body personal specifics, and not blindly copy someone else's techniques.

Specific examples of training plans will be given, confirmed by the data of Mazurenko ARM testing machine. Seminar participants will learn about the process of testing athletes, ask questions, identify the strengths and weaknesses of their training programs and fighting styles.

The duration of the workshop - 3 hours. After workshop all participants will receive a WAC certificate.
