Student Sports Club (UKS) Złoty Tur in Gdynia invites highschool and secondary school youth (including disabled youth), who did not go anywhere for winter holidays 2011 to free sports activities in armwrestling under the guidance of a professional coach at Morska 108A Street in Gdynia (Gdynia Grabówek).

Armwrestling is a discipline that is gaining more and more supporters in our country. This is a typical combat sport, very spectacular and dynamic. The result of a duel depends on the technical and tactical skills of the competitor and the speed of response. The fights themselves last form fractions of a second to several minutes.

The struggles of women are as interesting as men's fights. Disabled competitions also take part in competitions.

Undaubted trump od the sport is low cost as it does not require construction of stadiums, swimming pools and other facilities just a professional table and a good sparring partner. Apropriate usage of force in combination with flawless technique and speed makes amazing things happen and the person who has so far been considered a relatively weak suddenly begins to win.

UKS Złoty Tur wants to show that the sport is based on building natural strength, self-discipline and philosophy of hard work. It wants to use its strength and the ability to pull as many young people from violence and drugs, giving them an opportunity to test themselves at the armwrestling table instead on the street.
