Plamen Kisov („Armsport Club” – Blagoevgrad) has won the 3rd Round of the Professional Armwrestling League, that was held in Saturday 13 June 2009 in hotel “Victoria Palas” – Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. Plamen has gathered the maximum amount of 238 points, he has not allowed nor one loss and he has smeared his opponents in races on both left and right hand. On 2nd place after him has left Todor Genov  („Vitosha Armwrestling” – Sofia) with 203 points. 3rd and 4th places with equal amount of points were for Stefan Mitov (“Dinamis” – Oriahovo) and the Rumanian Olimpiu Fat, but the Bulgarian competitor was with less weigh and this fact has given to Stefan superiority by getting the 3rd place. On 5th place has classed himself the Turkey’s champion Omer Bennurkan with 174 points, followed by his compatriot Tuncay Basaran with 166 points.
