R.Babayev Taught in Gdynia # Armwrestling # Armpower.net

On 19th-20th March 2011 in Gdynia Golden Bison Club we hosted a multiple champion of Ukraine, Europe and World and a multiple winner of the Professionals' World Cup - Rustam Babayev from Ukraine. His direct arrival was associated with a two-day seminar organized for Polish competitors.

For Polish armwrestlerów it was certainly a very useful seminar. All participants had the direct opportunity to talk to the grandmaster. On the first day of the seminar Rustam talked about the secrets of armwrestling in the aspect of strength training, diet and supplementation, recovery, and anatomy and genetic conditions.

On the second day of the lectures the Ukrainian champion showed the techniques, tactics, and corrected competitors' - the participants of the seminar mistakes . At the end Rustam Babayev drew an individual training plan for each of the listeners.

"Those who were not may just regret. At the seminar you could learn many interesting things. Rustam tried each participant individual at the table and analyzed their existing training"- said Andrzej Głąbała - the trainer of the Golden Bison and a direct observer of the seminar.

We just hope that the master's advices will bring the participants of the seminar the same success on national and international arena in the future. That's what we wish them.
