The board of FAP informs that Szaki Zary Club used the privilege according to &23 Chapter IV point 2 and appealed in the case of suspension of the contestant Lukasz Rudnicki. According to the status of FAP the recant of the punishment between the General Meet-ings is considered by the Colleagues Court. Today (10th August 2009)Colleagues Court council composed of: : Andrzej Głąbała, Jarosław Zwolak, Piotr Szczeba decided:- The contestant Lukasz Rudnicki is suspended in privileges of the contestant for three months, the remaining nine months of the punishment Colleagues Court suspends for two years.
