At the beginning of the development of Polish Armwrestling there were people, activists who have already secured their place in the history of armwrestling. One of them was Zbigniew Świątecki – an artist, plastic from Gdańsk.

Zbigniew Świątecki designed and made (of silver) medals of the European Championships – Gdynia 2000 for the first time and designed a lot of jewellery connected with Armwrestling which created the sensation among the armwrestlers at the World Championships in Finland in 2000.

Until today it could have been seen on necks of many competitors.

Zbyszek was a unique person. First of all he designed and made medals for the Polish Army. Not without the reason “was”. A few years ago the artist from Gdańsk - Zbigniew Świątecki died of cancer (the information of his death came to armpower just now).

On the 10th calendar anniversary of the first, Polish club Złoty Tur we will be mentioning lots of wonderful people, who contributed to the development of Armwrestling in Poland and World many times.
