Date of the Championships : from November 26 to December 4, 2011

26th – 27th November 2011:
- Arrival of teams

28th November 2011:
- Registration of teams (09.00 a.m.

- 01.00 p.m.)
- Seminar of the referees (10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.)
- EAF Congress  (5.00 - 7.00 p.m.)

29th November 2011:
- juniors, masters, grand masters, disabled, seniors weighing  (08.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.)
- Congress WAF (6.00 - 9.00 p.m.)

30th November 2011:
- Start of the championships (09.00 a.m.)
- Left hand: juniors, masters, grand masters, disabled

1st December 2011:
- Right hand: juniors, masters, grand masters, disabled (09.00 a.m.)

2nd December 2011:
- Left hand seniors (09.00 a.m.)

3rd December 2011:
- Right hand seniors (09.00 a.m.)
- End of the championships & party (9.00 p.m.)

4th December 2011:
- Departure of teams

By plane. Probable cost of the ticket - from 2200 PLN (the cost includes the route Warsaw - Almaty - Warsaw)

Team Fees:
500$ (for the whole team): paid by the FAP from start fees collected at the Polish Championships 2011
 

Start fee:
Juniors - $ 20 (per hand)
Disabled - $ 20 (per hand)
senior, masters, grand masters - $ 40 (per hand)

Visa: about 50$ 
(The organizer helps in obtaining visas - the final time of notification: 3 weeks before the championships)
