This is how it's done:
A. After the READY, GO! Command Alexey crooks his wrist; his elbow stays close to the outer corner of the elbow pad.
B. While having his wrist crooked he slides his elbow to the front of the pad and pulls his opponents hand to the side
C. His body moves to the side along with the hand move
D. Pulls his elbow to the outer corner of the elbow pad
E. He presses his opponents hand to the side pad
F. When his opponent is resisting, Alexey lifts his shoulder and presses once again using his strength and body weight.
