Weigh-in of younger juniors, disabled competitors and veterans has just begun. Hotel Gdynia (located in Gdynia) is vibrant with life, competitors have lined up to be weighed, everyone gets their team suit. Poles, as the hosts seem relaxed and ready to fight. Our captain Mariusz Grochowski assures his team will win medals, but he does not reveal any details.
Only the team of Hungary decided to share with us their hopes for the first two days of the competition. Their coach asked them: “Who is going to get a medal today and tomorrow, raise your hand!”. It turned out that the Hungarian team are going to win 10 medals, 4 today and 6 tomorrow.
Andrey Pushkar, as usual, briefly stated that the three young men sitting next to him will win at least 6 medals tomorrow and on Thursday. Can you feel this momentum?
Another Ukrainian coach said there’s no need for such high-flown promises for everything is in God’s hands.

The coaches of the Croatian team admit without superstition that they hope for winning one medal on the first day and two medals on the second day of the competition.
