How living with armrestler looks like?
Living with an armwrestler has its ups and downs. There is always a race before big competitions to make sure that his weight is strictly correct. It’s my duty and privilege to supply him with good food and make sure that he follows his diet.

Do you support Terence during the competitions? Do you follow him on different competitions?
I nearly always support him on competitions in South Africa. I’m there with my children 99 percent of the time. If Terence has competitions overseas, it’s harder for us. I make a great shift to leave children for long periods of time. So I rather stay at home with them. But once a year I join Terence on one international event – usually it’s Nemiroff World Cup in Poland.
What is your attitude to armsport?
I’m not doing armwrestling but I’m the secretary of the South Africa Armwrestling Federation.
Besides that our armsport community is still very small, armwrestling in SA is quite popular. We have about 100 armwrestlers in our country . Each year we hold 3 national armwrestling competitions and 5 club competitions. We have only 5 registered armwrestling clubs.

Does Terence involve your children to armwrestling?
Even if he plans to train with the equipment he takes his son to the gym sometimes. Our children love to wrestle with their dad.
