We’ve covered fighting technique already, now let’s talk injuries. Were there many?

Injuries and muscle regeneration are two different things in my mind. I’ve had many injuries, most from doing exercises improperly and overtraining. It’s almost always like this – if you train too much without experienced supervision, at some point you are going to overtrain. The symptoms are: bad sleep, high blood pressure and a noticeable drop in strength, or a full stop even.

How do you deal with that?

The best thing to do is just lay off training for a week or two. Then you need to analyze your exercises and keep one thing in mind – NO physical strain whatsoever during that rest period.

The effects of overtraining can also touch the immune system and the hormonal system. One needs to always remind the guys who take steroids that they are slowly killing their immune system. And that can lead to irreversible changes in your organism. The results might be dire, including being permanently crippled. Mostjuicershave no chance of getting to champion levels.

Back to regeneration – what do you suggest?

One of the best things for me is using BCAA with R-ALA. R-ALA quickens regeneration, kills free agents. It’s also good to use the coenzyme Q10.

After a hard training I sometimes had some problems in the elbow region and had to regenerate. The FitMax Cissus helped like nothing else.
