How long it would take tendons to be healed after table training ? The mind should never be static, static mind causes mistakes. There is no such thing as "training" to answer such question. Healing after the table times is up to how hard the training is.

Sometimes you can do table training be ready even 2 days later to train again and sometimes it takes up to a week or even more esspecially if you are hurt from these training. That is why we should listen our body and decide when to train according to the answer we receive from our body.

Also the next training after the table time does not always have to be as heavy as possible. Usually it is even better to do light weight high repetition trainings to help healing process to be faster. For me training, resting and nutrition are equally important factors for the development of the strength and healing is up to how heavy we train, how much rest we have and if we take enough of food to feed our body that is recovering.

I have been training school children for more than 2 years and it is a new experience for me to train such young people. After 2 years the program that i use for them became better & better but the program that i apply on them is flexible as well because it would be harmful on them if i would be stubborn to push any of them to follow the program while he is hurt. If a muscle group is hurt then we can skip that muscle group training or can only train to help healing process with light weights. And sometimes even if they are not injured you can see that they are going to be injured as our body warns us "Don't push me any more or an injury will happen" or "Don't push me anymore as i need rest to be pushed again". That is why it is very important to not to be stubborn.

I have made these mistakes and that is why i have so many cronic injuries. I share my experiences with my students to prevent them from injuries. Sometimes you get injured and you come to trainings after the pain is not disturbing so much but you must realise that the injured area is weaker now. You may have to start lifting as light as a 5 years old kid can. Just because pain is gone in your daily life it does not mean that it is healed. The pain may be felt when the pressure is heavy. That is why it is safer to start lifting very light and reach where you were before the injury, after a months or so.

This way you will build a safe healing to avoid the injury to become cronic. So in short being, patient and analysing the things without having a static mind are the main keys to make healthy desicions.
