During my career i have experienced so many injuries and many of them become cronic with time. I have tried to find solutions to heal my elbows and tried many different therapies and medicines to heal my elbows. In this article i will share the things that i have tried for my injuries.

Cold application: Cold application such as icing helped to stop inside bleeding and lowered the pain but it did not fix the problem.

Hot application: Hot application increased the blood circulation but it did not fix the problem and it also increased the inflamation in the area.

Hot and Cold application: I have tried this therapy with hot and icy water and found it helpful. I can not say that it healed my cronic injuries but it helped for sure. I put my elbow into hot water and hold in there 15-20 seconds with dynamic movements then put it in the cold water with ice for about same time. I do this 5-6 times in each therapy and repeat twice a day.

Naprosyn Gel: I have used this gel and i can say that it helps but does not fix the problem. It can only better the pain by decreasing the inflamation.

Cataflam Tablet: I use it before the competetions to not to fee the pain. It is effective but also dangerous as you dont really feel the pain and you realise that the damage is bigger than what you think once the effect of the medicine is gone.

Alflutop: This medicine from Romania is an effective one but unfortunately it did not fix my cronic elbow injuries.

PRP (platelet rich plasma): I have tried this therapy a few times. I can say that this was one of the most effective solution to heal my elbows. It is 100% natural solution. They take your own blood and separate the platelets from other components to produce higher concentration of platelets and a much more pure concentration of the beneficial blood components to inject around the injury. I believe that this could be a great one only if i would have given enough time to it. Unfortunately i had this therapy while i had to prepare for a tournament and re-injured the area that was about to heal up. What we need to understand about the injuries is that once the pain is gone it does not mean that it is healed up. It just means that it is about the heal up. And even if it is healed up it does not mean that it can be forced right away.

The area is still weak and it will be weak for maybe some months. We need to slowly & lightly train to built a healhty & strong base again.

Prolotherapy: Prolotherapy is also very effective therapy. I have had about 10 therapies and found effective as well. But same as PRP you need to give time to injured area to get stronger before you start to force again.

They inject a special solution with dextrose to create none microbic inflamation in the injured area to take brain's attention to heal the cronic area all from the beginning. It also helps body to produce new tissues to make the area stronger. Exercises: Most of my injuries are caused by inbalanced trainings. So to heal the injuries, and even to avoid injuries the balanced trainings of the muscle groups is very important. As an outside puller i have not trained my supinator enough to create a balance between supinator and pronator. I did not train my forearm extensors either. I have trained the forearm flexers a lot and this caused shortened tendons and injuries. Balanced muscle groups are very important to keep ourselves healthy, as well.
