There are various ways of fighting with triceps. Below we’ll describe two. The main difference between them is that in one we bend the wrist inwards, in the other we bend it outwards. Word of caution – the outward bent wrist can lead to injuries. It’s worth using when you want to surprise a hook-fighting opponent. Do not use it as main technique, though.
Variation 1
While setting up, before Ready Go, apply side pressure on opponent’s hand.
After Ready Go, twist your wrist inwards, following with your shoulder.
Pin the opponent’s arm, using triceps power.
Variation 2
While setting up, before Ready Go, apply side pressure on opponent’s hand, at the same time pushing the grip forward.
After Ready Go, bend the wrist outwards, push the opponent’s arm forwards and to the side.
Pin the opponent’s arm, using triceps power.
