The fight of the day became the fight in the super heavyweight class between two favorites of 110+ class Levan Saginashvili, Georgia and Georgi Tsvetkov, Bulgaria. Tsvetkov lost in the preliminary matches, but reaching the semi-finals, barely won the Turkish athlete. All expected that Levan will get the gold, but it turned out otherwise. Georgi wins the first finals match. After the draw Levan got overstressed and eventually gold is behind the Bulgarian athlete. At the end of the 3-rd day, it was a surprise for all, especially for the hosts. I think native walls and huge support of the spectators helped Tsvetkov.

All were pleasantly surprised by Ivan Matiushenko. Many consider unexpected Ivan’s victory over Krasimir Kostadinov. But in fact, Krasimir is primarily right-handed fighter. I do not think this result disappointed him much. We will wait for the result of the right hand of this weight class. It promises to be very interesting.

90 kg weight class. The indisputable favorite here is Eugene Prudnik from Ukraine. But Spartak Zoloyev also came for gold. In the preliminary match, on Ready Go command, Eugene pulls a grip with a hook to his side, but in a moment switches to the top roll and cogently wins. This fight lasted only 3-4 seconds. But it is hard to describe how many emotions it brought to the audience. The final match was even more simple for Eugene - with hook technique he wins even more cogently the gold for Ukraine.

For 20 years, Dmitry Beskorovainyi delights us with his performance and an excellent result. And in this Championship Dmitry wins gold as well.

Big surprise becomes a defeat of Esra Kiraz in the weight class of 50 women, as in the preliminary matches she defeated Alina Volkova by the hook. But in the finals Alina managed to change the style of fighting. They both sinned on the grip set in the final and the referee gave them a referee grip. Alina was in a better position, so the result of this fight was her victory.

In the category of 55, after a golden double, Bulgarian athlete Dmitrina Dimitrova tries her hand at seniors and, as a result, she is in the top three of this weight category and a Champion becomes the leader of this category Viktoriya Ilyushina, Ukraine.

Furor in 65 weight class! In preliminary bouts, little-known Tatiana Romanyuk wins over Irina Gladkaya. All were looking forward to the semi-finals of this weight class for Irina to prove that she is stronger, but failed, as she takes over Tanya by fouls. The long-awaited gold goes to Catherine Nikisheva - she becomes a Champion in this weight class.

For many, many years Irina Makeeva doesn’t give a chance to nobody to get on top of the pedestal of her weight class. So does Egle Vaykute in her weight class.

In my opinion, they both are like rocks in the women's world armwrestling.
