Pulls using excentric handle
This is the proper angle for our fingers in starting position.
To strengthen angle between fingers and palm we use special excentric grip, attached to pulley in upper cable setting
Pull handle towards yourself. Slide elbow towards yourself, while bending wrist sligthly inward.
Proper pulling form.
