Igor Mazurenko has tested and Oleg Zhokh with Andrey Pushkar. Young athlete weighs 82 kg. He was tested with both hands, but more accent was on  his left. Oleg is measured according to the same system as the Pushkar – fingers, wrists, hook and biceps hammer, as well as endurance.

"We faced with the problem while measured Oleg, – says Igor Mazurenko. – His middle and ring fingers were much longer than the index and little finger. Therefore, he couldn’t use an eccentric handle. But we have adapted and made precise measurements".

Thus, measurements of Oleg Zhokh’s fingers showed the following results on the left hand: in the first attempt was 40 kg, 41 kg in the second and in the third 39; 70% of component endurance was 28 kg. On the right hand in the first attempt the result was 35 kg, 38 kg in the second and in the third 37 kg.

With the biceps hammer grip Oleg showed very interesting results. His left arm showed 75 kg in the first attempt, in second – 70 kg and in third 79 kg. For comparison, Andriy Pushkar, who was injured, on the left hand was able to show 56 kg, 54 kg and 53 kg in three attempts. On the right hand Oleg had following result: 47 kg in the first attempt, 43 in the second attempt, 45 kg in the third. 70% rate - 32 kg.

"It’s just a phenomenal performance of an exercise for biceps with hook grip. If on the right hand Oleg maximum pulled 46 kg (32 kg for endurance), the left arm first attempt was 97 kg, second - 106 kg, and third - 102 kg. Such results practically do not show those athletes, who weigh over 100 kg. 116 kg did in a similar way only one athlete of tests – Evgeniy Prudnik. We can only imagine how strong is Oleg", – stressed Mazurenko.

Results of wrist measurements: right-handed maximum of three attempts - 42 kg, the left-hand indexes were 72 kg, 77 kg and 77 kg respectively in the three approaches. 52 kg for endurance.

Oleg held 25 kg for 30 seconds for right hand and 28 kg for 35 seconds for left hand for fingers endurance. Hammer grip on the biceps of his right hand – Oleg held 38 kg for 28 seconds. This is slightly lower than normal, but it should be borne in mind that he does not fight at all with right hand. On the left hand with hammer grip hammer held Oleg 52 kg for 33 seconds. Endurance of biceps with hook grip was 33 seconds on right hand, but left hand was injured during testing and full test failed.

Igor Mazurenko said: "Oleg Zhokh is a high class armwrestler on his left hand. In the future he will show great fights. I think he could be on the top five of the world armwrestling”.
