I started arm wrestling in 2014. Before that, I already went in for sports, went to the gym, where I met my future coach Ilya Ilyin. Ilya invited me to try myself in arm wrestling. I immediately liked this sport. Armwrestling is the power of the hands and the desire to win.
With the advent of arm-wrestling in my life, I got a lot of friends, I began to travel to different countries of the world and began to learn a lot of new things.
In the process of training, I master various pulling styles - top-roll, side-pressure, hook - I am an universal puller, I can fight in every way, it all depends on the opponent.
My training usually consists of warm-up, working with weights, working on the block, working off the technique with the coach, working with rubber and cardio at the end. I am trained by Ilya Ilyin - the Honored trainer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Master of sports of international class. Olga Ilyina, a Master of sports in arm wrestling, also trains me.
Each athlete has a match that is remembered for ever as the most difficult. For me, the most difficult was the World Championship in Budapest, Hungary, where I won a bronze medal.
To those who come to arm-wrestling today, I would like to say that in our sport the main thing is to work hard and strive to win.
Today, in fact, sport is my main occupation in life. Most of the time I'm preparing for competitions.
Regarding the nearest plans, this year I am going to participate in the World Championship in Turkey and in the World Cup for Disabled in Poland.
