Pull the wrist of active arm towards own body. |

Place active side leg forward. |

Thumb of active arm is left over the index finger (not tucked under). |

After Ready!Go! twist wrist inside. |

At the same time, pull wrist towards your body. |

Twist inside the lighting shoulder. |
|
Press opponent’s arm to the side. |

Twist the figting arm inside, mind that it doesn’t cross the shoulder line. |
|
Aim the fighting arm down, vertically. |
|
Lean body backwards. |
|
Slide elbow of fighting arm across the pad, towards your body. |
|
Arm holding the pin goes below table edge. |
|
Keep pressuring the opponent’s forearm with the lower part of our forearm. |
|
Lean backwards and to the side, as much as possible. |
|
Pin the opponent’s arm to the pad. |
