Polish Team will be represented by 31 competitors. Below the final cost evaluation and detailed plan of the journey id presented. 1. RUTE:

Departure:
- 6th September (Sunday) 2009:
- 06:00 a.m. – departure Sports Club Zloty Tur, 81-225 Gdynia Morska St. 108 A

Eventual joins of the competitors to the coach:
- about 08:00 – Toruń (Railway Station)
- about 11:30 – Łódź (Railway Station Łódź Kaliska)
- about 13:30 – Częstochowa (McDonalds near the road 1)
- about 15:00 – Sosnowiec (Near the gas station Shell – exit of the road 1 to Sosnowiec)

Further route:
Cieszyn
Czech Republic
Austria
Italy (arrival to the place of accommodation: Rosolina Di Mare at about 08:00-10:00 a.m. on 7th September 2009)

Return:
- 13th September (Sunday) 2009 – departure of the team from Italy
- 14 September (Monday) 2009 – arrival to Poland
(planed time of the travel 24-30h dependent on compulsory stops)

2. ACCOMODTION:

Accommodation for all of the competitors and the escorts will be provided by:
- Bungalow ****:
- Double rooms – 24 euro day/person (without breakfast)
- eventually an extra charge 6 euro for breakfast on the spotATTENTION:
- the reservation of FAP covers the time from 07.09 till 13.09.2009 (6 hotel nights)
- in case of the contestants / participants of the journey, the ones who want to decrease Or increase the amount of hotel nights should contact FAP (Paweł Podlewski phone 058 621 93 08 or mobile 603 603 880) till 26^th August 2009 otherwise each participant covers the cost of 6 nights.
- each contestant / participant must have total amount for the accommodation in EURO

3. COACH COSTS:

- the cost of the coach, accommodation and food for two drivers is 18 thousands PLN
- FAP extra charge for the coach is 2.100zl (the board of FAP negotiated the discount of 3.000zl  to compensate the inconveniences of the last journey of the National Team to European Championships – Bulgaria 2009. The amount of 900zl is assigned for year-round team fee for WAF of 300$. The rest of the money is added to the coach travel).
- the personal expenses for coach travel of each participant is 599zl (18.000 – 2.100 = 15.900zl : 27 persons)

4. START FEES:

junior - 20 $ (each hand)
senior / masters - 40 $ (each hand)
disabled  - 20 $ (each hand)
team fee – 100 $ (FAP bailout)

UWAGA:
- każdy zawodnik ma mieć przygotowaną odliczoną kwotę w $ na opłatę startową.

5. REPRESENTATIONAL GARB:

- cost 160 zl
