On the 30th April 2011 in St. Anne Church in Smardzewice (near Tomaszów Mazowiecki) at 04.00 p.m. a wedding ceremony of leading Polish armwrestling competitors, multiple Polish Champions, winners of the Polish Cup and participants of many national and international competitions - Malgorzata Mielczarek (Jaworzno) and Tomasz Szewczyk (Tomaszow Mazowiecki) took place.

Among the wedding guests there were a few well known armwrestlers from Polish armwrestling scenes. In such a there could not miss an armwrestling table at the wedding party. And as the wedding party participants said "it was one of the main attractions among the 90 wedding guests".
