We have already known the exact date of the 7th Amateurs' Polish Armwrestling Open Championships, so the popular Armwrestling Debuts. In the end of October, and more precisely on the 31st of October (Saturday) in the sports hall of the Gymnasium in Stare Miasto (near Konin) in Szkolna Street all armwrestling amateurs, will be able to compete in 8 men classes (righ hand: 63kg, 70kg, 78kg, 86kg, 95kg, +95kg and open, left hand: open) and 2 women classes (left and right: open).

For the request of many competitors who are beginnig their adventure with our sports discipline the organizers - OSP BOLO STARE MIASTO deciced to extend the rivalry for junior classes (junior women right hand: open, junior men right hand: 63kg, 78kg, +78kg) this year for the first time. 

We would like to remind you that only the bigginers (the ones who have not started at: Polish Championships, Polish Cup, Professional League and other competitions of the all-Poland or world rank) may take part in the tournaments.
