For all fans of combat and power sports a new February edition of the monthly magazine "Bodybuilding & Fitness" (press patron of the Polish armwrestling) is available, and with it a monthly allowance Armpower, so a section devoted to armwrestling.

This time, on the armpowera pages fans of our sport can read about the extensive coverage of the XXXII World Championships - USA 2010 and a further dose of armwrestling advices presented by the main FAP judge - Peter Szczerba, so the second part which is "savoir - vivre at the armwrestling table." 

The February issue of "B&F" will consist of 132 pages, which in apart form Armpower section will include even more extensive coverages from competitions, interviews and lots of interesting articles and advice on the field of training, nutrition and supplementation.
