NEMIROFF WORLD CUP 2012 ARTEM TAYNOV – THE BOLD ANNOUNCEMENT >>>

NEMIROFF WORLD CUP 2012 ARTEM TAYNOV – THE BOLD ANNOUNCEMENT # Armwrestling # Armpower.net

Let’s start to reveal a list of the participants of the NEMIROFF WORLD CUP 2012. We shall start with -95kg class. A competitor form Ukraine has already announced his participation. He even decided not to appear at the World Championships in Brazil, in order to prepare better. That’s what Artem Taynov told us during a phone conversation. ()

NEMIROFF WORLD CUP 2012

Poland, Warsaw, InterContinental Hotel

9th-11th November 2012

c71974_taynov-01.jpgArtem is 23. When he first got to the players “base” it looked a little different that he does now. His height – it didn’t change -181 (or two) cm. Now, NOTICE! He weighted 77kg. If you don’t believe, see yourself. Biceps 38 cm, forearm 40 cm. That’s how it used to be…

Today Artem applied for -95kg class. His arms are a bit bigger, he reached 44 cm in biceps and 42 cm in forearm. He started as a player fighting on both arms, now his right arm is weaker due to injuries.

That’s why at NEMIROFF he bets on the first day.

Until now, -95 kg left arm class was dominated by the Slovakian Lubomir Jagnesak. As you’ve probably read in previous news Lubomir can’t be appearing at the table for some time to make his arm recover. Moreover he also trains bobsledding as the representative of the Slovakian national team. Is this an announcement of the changing of the guard?

Anyway, Lubomir will be back and he won’t rather put on weight while bobsledding and there’s too cold there and calories are faster burned.

64ed5a_taynov-03.jpgAt the NEMIROFF 2009 Artem was first in -78kg class. He was then ahead of the Georgian Jaba Getiashvili and Latvian Janis Amolins.

During NEMIROFF 2011 he ranked first in -78kg on left arm overtaking Radoslaw Staron (Poland) and Oleksandr Tsvetkov from Ukraine. The, above mentioned Lubomir was first on left arm in -95 kg. In the left arm open class Jagnesak was fourth and Artem Taynov just behind him –fifth.

The first three was of course Pushkar, Cyplenkov i Babayev.

The second day, the right arm is the win of Khadzimurat Zoloev and the second position of Artem. The results of the last European Championships look as follows: left arm 80kg class – in 2011 Artem was first followed by Stefan Lengarov (Bulgaria) whereas Zoloev won on the right arm followed by Taynov and Lengarov. At the European Championships 2012 in Gdansk Zoloev won on the left arm and Artem was “only” third, just behind Timur Mamedov (Russua), followed by Piotr Bartosiewicz (Poland). Artem was tenth on the left arm.

At the championships for the Word primacy in 2010 in the U.S. Artem Taynov won on both arms followed by Lengarov and Getalo (on the left arm) and Mamedov and Getalo (on the right arm).

Artem Taynov says that he wants to win -95 kg class. So we welcome the first favourite, who wants to set the podium himself ! I always prefer the bold announcements than such bywords “I’ll try to do my best…” (of course it does not concern football). Artem has just finished his time in military service and now he works as a Physical Education teacher and Armwrestling trainer. In autumn he’s going to start a new, much more interesting job, but it’s still a secret.

9de36b_taynov-02.jpgSo we have some ways to reach the Professionals’ World Cup. Through the Lion Cup, without the Lion Cup, through the World Championships and without the World Championships, who chose a more effective way of training for the autumn tournament? The answer will come on 9th-11th November 2012!
