OSTRY club from Strzegom does not put forth many representatives for the Polish Championships. Only Malgorzata wins medals. The representative of Ostry in -90kg class Michal Ozga ranks 5th-7th.

How is she preparing for the next tournaments in front of the Polish audience? Just a few days before the start Malgorzata Ostrowska has her say.

b0c208_malgorzata-ostrowska-02.jpg“Participation in any tournaments is a great challenge for every competitor, especially if it such a high rank event, as European Championships. Each of us put a lot of effort, work and engagement in preparations. When we are able to start in front of our audience the preparations are for sure better. For me, the fact that Europeans will take place in Poland was already mobilizing while preparations for the Polish Championships. Currently, I train about 5 time a week and I also exercise twice a day sometimes, depending on how much time I have. It is a training mainly based in hard athletic method, and I perform typically armwrestling exercises twice a week. As all my friends I would like to show my best side. I will not be showing the candidates for medal as anything can happen. I only hope that the Poles will win many medals, and that’s what I wish all our representatives”

So we are waiting for SPICY fights in women’s -60kg class.
