Everyone remembers the last medal start of the Radek Staron from Ostroda at "VIII Professionals' World Armwrestling Cup - Nemiroff World Cup" in the beginning of November 2010 in Sopot. As the only Pole, he won the medal of this prestigious tournament. Radek stood on the second step of podium of the left hand in the 78kg class. He was close to return home with a golden medal. Then he lacked just a little luck.
Following the wave of victories Radek in late November 2010 at the "XI Polish Cup in Kolobrzeg" added to two gold medals of the 86kg class (gold, left and right hand) to his medal pool. So the year 2010 closed with a very good sports result for Radek Staron, who was noticed by one of the local sponsors, and strictly speaking the largest gyms in Ostroda BODY CLUB.
"Thanks to the courtesy of Mr Dawid Slowik, the manager of the largest gym in Osterode - BODY CLUB and recreation and leisure AQUAPARK complex located at John Paul II 9a Street Osteroda, our 'Gladiator Ostroda" club gained new developement opportunities, which will directly affect the more professional training and preparation for the competitions"- Radosław Staron told the armpowera editorial, saying further:
"Due to a change of residence for some time, I could not continue training. I have not had the opportunity of further develop of my sports passion, which is armwrestling. Today I can say that after a two-month break I am back to a decent training. Excellent conditions, which gives me personally and our club the BODY CLUB would certainly contribute to further sporting success".
Radek has at his disposal 250m2 area, equipped with modern and professional training equipment SportsArt and Szultka brand.
"Everyone who trains there may use locker rooms with showers. The room is air conditioned. Trainers are experienced professionals, specialized in designing the best training and diet plans. There is a friendly atmosphere at trainings. Musical and visual arts are very helpful at trainings, and subdued and warm interiors help to accomplish even the toughest workout. After training, to mute and help to regenerate your body you can use the sauna. These are simply perfect conditions to exercise, that BODY CLUB gives me.
