We remind everyone that on 19th-20th March 2011 in Gdynia Golden Bison Club a seminar of the European, World and World Cup Champion - Rustam Babayev from Ukraine.
The main topics that are going to be discussed at the seminar are:
- correct strenght preparation (using the weights and training machines)
- armwrestling techniques (each participant of the seminar will be individually trained in the technique)
- armwrestling tactic (an individual approach to the opponent)
- nutritions and supplementation (correct nutrition and supplementation in armwrestling)
- optional subject (questions to the speaker)
