In connection with coming 10th Polish Armwrestling Championships, which are taking place on the 10th of April 2010 in Gdynia, we would like to remind, that each club is obligated to submit the list of competitors delegated for the championships earlier. An entry form can be got at the address:

The application sequence determines the sequence of competitors weigh-in. The entry forms must be send to the Federation on the address: marcin@armpower.net or by fax at 58-621-93-08 before 7.04.2010.

 

Competitors and referees introductory list will help to estimate the minimum number of tables and referees for tournaments maintenance. The club that will not send the innitial competitors application to the federation seat may not be allowed to take part in the tournaments. 

 

 

On the 9th of April 2010 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. one person appointed by the club is obligated to come to the official weigh-in and team registration place with the list of competitors and referees taking part at the tournaments. Additionally the person should bring the licences of the competitors specified on the starting list. 

 

   *deliver filled teams entry forms 

   *pay start fees for all competitors in pursuance of tournaments regulations (juniors 50% fee, seniors 100% fee, disabled - exempt from paying fee – unless they start at other classes)

   *show competitors licences for insight

   *deliver set of the documents required to license competitors who do not have a licence

   *pay year fee connected to competitors’ and clubs’ licences

During teams registration the time of each club weigh-in will be announced. It should enhance weigh-in procedure and eliminate queues. The clubs that will not show up at teams registration will not be allowed to the tournaments.

 

 

People who have competitors licence are obligated to posses them during the competitions and show on organizers’ request during teams registration and weigh-in. People who do not have competitors licence are obligated to prepare necessary documents for drawing up competitors licence, which are:

 

   *filled FAP documents requesting for competitors licence draw up (http://www.armpower.net/dokumenty/)

   *2 signed ID photographs

   *up-to-date medical examinations findings

 

The documents should be sent to the federation seat by registered letter of Polish post or delivered to the place of the competitions for the team registration. People without competitors licence or complete set of the documents will not be allowed to the competitions. 

Attention! Irrespective of having the licence print or not, a competitor is obligated to fulfill the licence documents. Not filling the documents will cause elimination of the competitor from the Polish Championships. 

 

1. Each club older than 1 year must possess at least one referee

2. Each A or higher class referee has hotel accommodation assured. B and C class referees do not obtain such a place in a hotel from the organizer. 

3. Each club should announce the lost of competitors and referees on the above described papers.

4. Each club received the list of missing documents among licence documents from the Main Federation Referee and is obligated to supplement the lacks. There is no abrogation of the obligation. 

5. Each club is obligated to come up on the clubs registration day on appointed time to register a given club for tournaments. There are no secession from the obligation. Sending the final list of the competitors is allowed according to the rules of applying competitors list of this message. 

7. Referees’ course will probably take place on the day of competitors weigh-in, and it costs 180zl.
