Grzegorz Nowak was preparing for the Professional fights carefully and knowingly. In W Przeźmierowo on the 24th of April 2010 it will be his debut in this kind of rivalry (six rounds, right hand). After the World Cup he had a month break that enabled his hand to regenerate completely. The last strength results of Grzegorz show that the competitor from Belarus - Slava Sharagovich will have the worthy rival.

Armpower: Tell us Grezgorz, what has changed In your trainings while preparations to Vendetta?
Grzegorz Nowak: I was most focused on the maximal reduction of the abgle of the fight and on the side pressure in the preparations for my firts, six rounds professional fight with the competitor from Belarus.

Armpower: How did your side pressure change?
Grzegorz Nowak: If we compare the weights that I lift at trainings I may say that my side pressure Has Got stronger of 15 – 20%. After I increased the load at trainings I stopped feeling elbow ache at once. In case of the competitor fighting from the top side pressure is really important. After analyzing my fights I reduced the difference in strength between wrist and biceps.

Armpower: Did anyone help you at the preparations for the professional fight?
Grzegorz Nowak: Igor Mazurenko Has been helping me at the preparations, as well in diet and supplementation as in forcible preparations, since the World Professional Cup 2009. Igor is preparing the training plans with me and correcting all the mistakes on the beat.

Armpower: How do you see yourself In the six rounds rivalry?
Grzegorz Nowak: Endurance is very import ant In this kind of rivalry. I saw the fights where much stronger competitor lost because the lack of endurance many times. So while preparing for the fights I took it into consideration and also focused on isometric and static exercises and shortening breaks between series. 

Armpower: Do you know your rival and do you think you can win all the rounds?
Grzegorz Nowak: I did not have an opportunity to Wight with him. I also did not watch many of his fights. So I do not know what sports level he represents, but I believe and think that I will be able to win most or maybe even all the fights.
