Below there is a final cost calculation and details of the Polish Armwrestling National Team trip to this year’s XX European Championships – RUSSIA, MOSCOW 2010.

from the 30^th of May to the 6^th of June 2010

(ATTENTION: the conveyance of the place of the competitors from the hotel to the place of the tournaments by coach is secured)

6. Final costs:

Accommodation: 
- the average price per night: 1950 Roubles person/night (about 190 pln)
- the average price of the whole accommodation: 1950 roubles x 6 nights = 11700 roubles (ok. 1 140 pln) per person

(ATTENTION: money for the hotel need to be prepared in dollars. After crossing the Russian border dollars will be changed into roubles – as the rate is the best. The organizer of the trip – FAP will collect the money from the team in the place of the tournaments).  

Coach: 
- ride by the hired coach (drive, accommodation, drivers’ diet) about 20 thousands pln
- costs per person after the additional payment from the start fees is 500 zł

Team fees:
- 200 Euro (for the whole team): paid by the FAP from start fees collected at the Polish Championships 2010

Start fees:
- Junior – 15 Euro (per hand)
- Senior, masters, disabled – 30 Euro (per hand)

(ATTENTION: money for the start fees need to be prepared in EURO)

Representation cloths: 
Clothes cost: 170 zł
The representation clothes consists of: tack suit and sports T-shirt.

(ATTENTION: the national colours will be embroidered on each sweatshirts and sports T-shirts. Competitors who have their individual sponsors we ask to prepare in advance their sponsors’ logotypes that will be put on the representation clothes in the place of the tournaments. The logo needs to be put on in such a way that it does not cover the national colours).

(ATTENTION: all the participants of the National Team are obligated to start in representation clothes).

Food: 
- Breakfast and dinner are included.

Visa: 
- Cost of visa arranged by the FAP is 183 zł. The price includes obligatory insurance.

Insurance:
- Every participant of the journey needs to be insured at the arrival to Russia.
