Now, our sport is developing very rapidly and is becoming more popular among both women and men, however armwrestling is divided into categories, not only on grounds of sex, but also the weight classes: junior, senior, master, grandmaster anddisabled. Thus, anyone who believes that they'll be able to work hard for their success can practise armwrestling.

Armwrestling is not just a hobby for me but also an integral part of my life, as my club mate once said  - "Armwrestling is like an addiction, as you start, you cannot stop". Because sports aggression which is then triggerd can truly positively make you addicted. I love this sport, and although it is still not very popular in Poland, I hope that thanks to all competitors who practise Armwrestling, who devote theri time to the discipline it is about to become a sports association. Each year a number of clubs and competitors wanting to develop in terms of armwrestling is increasing . In our club there is also my brother Radoslaw Staroń, who this year became the professionals' vice world champion of the 78kg class at Nemiroff Cup.

I, thanks to the Northern Tool Group and STAYER brand, was this year able to go to the Polish Cup to Kołobrzeg and after tought trainings at the gym, I managed to beat all my opponents. I'm really happy with this and I hope that at the Polish Championships 2011, which are likely to be held in April in the town of Nisk I will be able to repeat that success.
 
We are very pleased that STAYER brand could have just a little bit contribution to this success of the Armwrestling Polish Champion Mrs Natalia Staron.
