On January the 29th-30th in Los Angeles in the U.S. the second UAL The Ultimate Armwrestling League tournaments were held . On the first day of the UAL II Tournament which was divided into categories of amateur and professional took place, on the second day UAL II Super Match men's and  right hand and women's UAL II Ladies 8 Way Round Robin were held. 

Competitors were mainly from the USA, but some rmwrestlers from Russia, Canada and Sweden also appeared. There was also a "small" Polish accent. On the 29th January, a tournament for professionals, men, left and right hand weight classes 70 kg, 80 kg, 90 kg, 105 kg + 105 kg and women's OPEN left hand. 

So let's start from men. Here it is worth to highlight the great form of Vazgen Shogoyan; right hand 70 kg class 1st place, 80 kg class 3rd place, left hand 70 kg class 2nd place, in the cup-final he was beaten by the Canadian Marlin Hicks from the U.S.A , brown medalist of the last World Championships, although it was close to see Dariusz Wisniewski from Poland in the cup-final. It lacked just a little bit,  Vazgen's experience prevailed. The surprise is also the lack of  Roman Tsindeliani on the podium of 80 kg class left hand. He was twice beaten by the Canadian Anthony Dall Antonia. In the up to 105 kg class Tom Nelson was in a great form, and decisively won the the left hand and right hand rivalries. In the heaviest class, in the struggle to enter the cup-final of the left hand Travis Bagent lost with Eric Woelfel and seemed to cause some surprise. In the cup-final Travis, however, did not give his opponents any chances and won twice. 

So let's get to women's rivalry. The only one class that was held for women was the left hand one, because the next day multi-round tournament of the right handwas held. Here, Sarah Backman from Sweden did not give her rivals any chances and to easily won the left hand OPEN class. 

On January the 30th a super match of men right hand and women's right hand tournament were held. Roman Tsindeliani won 80 kg class, though it was very hard, Brent Rakers won the 90 kg class.

Competitions were done with a great gusto, in the Los Angeles Expo Hall. Many world-class competitors, who presented a very high level arrived. Struggles were accompanied by many events, tens of thousands of people and a great atmosphere.
