Last Saturday, 20th August 2011 in Bulgaria the 39th Armfight Vendetta  was held. The next professional armwrestling gala whereat the 10-year-anniversary of the Professional Armwrestling League. And taking into account all the organizational problems that encountered, we must say that this event was managed to be organize at a very high level.

At 10:00p.m. Bulgarian time, quite a while after the sunset, our guests had a chance to watch the first professional armwrestling fights. Participants of these duels were Tomasz Szewczyk from Poland and Stefan Lengarov from Bulgaria. Before the duel it could be heard that either of them can become a winner of this struggle. And even looking at results of a survey on our website, you could see the players are at a similar level. However the table showed everything a little differently. In the first round of the duel of up to 86kg Tomek turned out to be better. After quite a long struggle, he managed to knock his opponent's arm down to a pad. However, in the remaining battles, which took place in belts (five times a burst) Stefan turned out to be better.

 Tomasz Szewczyk left the stage with a score of 1:5 and Bulgaria was the one to celebrate its victory. And as it will turn out not for the last time.

In the second duel, Radu Georgescu from Romania and Martin Pantaleev from Bulgaria met.  Both players, fight in over 95kg class  everyday were the most spectacular people of the evening. After several dances, jumps, opponent’s provocations they stood facing each other at the table. The whole duel proceeded under Martin’s dictation. The score 5:1 of the Bulgarian competitor speaks for itself. Martin’s advantage was clear.

The last duel - can be called a duel of the night - Charmen Khadaev from Russia and the host - Krasimir Kostadinov met at the table. Here, before the fight most of our interviewees pointed Khadaeva as winner. However, after 6 rounds, everything was clear. All rounds belonged to Krassimira. Won 6:0 by the Bulgarian, young player who unveiled which of these two players is stronger.

The whole event ended with the result 3:0 for Bulgaria. Maybe the opponents were more focused on the beauty of the solar resort and did not really show what they can do. Will next Vendetta, so the revenge of these players take plac,? Time will show. Now we are going down to have a rest.
