There are only 30 days left to the start of the Professionals’ World Cup . We managed to have a word with John, who this time will be at the competition by another way of.

Red: Tell me honestly, if you help Travis in his preparations?

John Brzenk: I live on the other end of the U.S.A, so I cannot help him directly at the table or at the gym. But I will be with him on the day of the start. I'll be able to "turn him up to the max", to make him use all his energy, all speed potential at the start.

Red: Namely - what "way for Denis” will you suggest Travis?

John: He must be aggressive and fast! Bagnet is amazing on the left hand, Denis is also a "natural" left-handed. I'm sure that he will not get frightened by the huge mass of Denis’s muscles. Rather, he (Cyplenkov) will have his hands full with Bagentem. Travis will come out confident, he’ll be aggressive.

 Denis will not even tale the liberty of a second of inattention or distraction. He must be constantly vigilant. If he wants to win (and he certainly does) he must do that quickly. This is  the only chance for him  to win.

Red: Who else, beside listed ones, do you see as favorites?

John: Oh, it largely depends on the way the ladder is drawn, who meets who. One of the dead cert favorites will have a hard way through eliminations and if "pumps out' his arms – there will be many others waiting for his place. At this tournament there will be many potential candidates for the title of the Strongest.

Red: How is your injury, is there any improvement?

John: My arm is still very weak, I feel pain. There is, however, some progress and I hope to return to the table next year.
