38 female athletes and 174 male athletes  came to take part in the competition. The championship will constitute a qualifier for the upcoming European and World Championships. However, several athletes do not need to participate in the qualifier. They include: Dmitri Bezkorovanyi (55 kg), Rustam Babayev (85 kg), Andrey Pushkar (110 kg). Oleh Zohk, Artem Taynov, Mger Musaelian, Sergey Tokarev, Evgenii Litovcev, Evgeni Prudnik, and ladies including Victoria Iliushyna are ready to fight.
