I'm ready to fight and not just to defend my titles, but I'll try to get the gold! But, unfortunately, I'm not in top form.

I'm quite busy at work, so I don't have much time to train. I'm paying more attention to the strength training in my preparations. I have a quick start. I have an good technique.

However, I didn't have enough physical strength. Here, too, we (me and my coach) have some trouble. I had to reject many of the exercises because of my back injury, which happened in 2009.

As for our team ... This year at the Russian Championships, in women's categories the competition was really fierce and the matches were at a high level. Each year there are more and more young competitors, we have a lot of good girls in our sport.

We are well-prepared for the Championships in Lithuania, with our fighting spirit we're going to win gold medals in each category and age group.
