Leonard Harkless has just opened a referee seminar. About 50 refs will take part in the seminar. Some of them are experienced, while others are just starting their international career. The agenda of the seminar include completing tests and discussing practical matters. At the end, the participants will be tested and those with the best results will referee matches during the championships.
