My aim is just to compete with world's professionals in this field ()
What do you think about the level of armwrestling in Iran? In your opinion, what is getting better, and what is getting worse?
Competitors in Iran perform with high discipline and athletes status have been improved, and many companies and organizations are supporting this sport - for example, I am a member of Iran's Azad Islamic University team, and with the support of this university I'll participate in Poland competition.
You're coming to Nemiroff, which category are you fighting in, who do you think will be your biggest opponent, and how are you preparing for Nemiroff?
I have full readiness for this competition. I'm in +95 group and my weight is 147 kg. No matter who are my opponents, I think all those who participate in professional competitions are a powerful opponents. Since last year Nemiroff when I gained ninth place despite of my elbow injury, I've started my exercises seriously, and I have not attended 2013 Asian and world competition. My aim is just to compete with world's professionals in this field. I was champion of champions in 2010 and 2012 Asia competitions.
Is there anything else you would like to share with the readers from the whole world?
I ask the World Federation that set the Arm wrestling in Asian competition, where all field are in there, to gradually more countries turn to this field and be good introduction for Olympics competitio. I wish success for all arm wrestling athletes and fans.
