The World Championship in Gdynia and the Nemiroff World Cup – those were the two events our interviewees named as the biggest this year. ()
- The biggest event of the year was the Nemiroff, it was a great tournament! – says Hidetaka Sakamoto, Japanese armwrestler. - Many contestants from Japan want to attend the next year edition.

Camilo Vega Berrocal, armwrestler and president of A.L.B. Merindad Of Campoo, names the World Championships as the most interesting event of 2013. He also mentions the importance of the new way of refereeing with cameras, as well as the separation of the disabled from the Championships. What are his wishes for the year 2014?

- Forming of new categories (60 and 65 kg) for the 40 years old; and many great fights , like the ones we had this year!
Robin Maria Chandler’s best memory is her fight with Sara Backman.
- That was my biggest event – says Robin. – Next year I hope to see more womens’ PAL events in Las Vegas, I hope that female armwrestling will grow in strength.

For Terence Opperman the Nemiroff World Cup was the most prestigious event of the year, but the World Cup was the more important one.
- I didn't do as well as I wanted to.. I am going to work on my diet on my weight control and also on my training program – says the armwrestler.

Terence approves of the new cameras system and also considers the separation of the disabled a step in a good direction. - They deserve to be highlited, and the best way to do it is a tournament every year, dedicated to them.
Next year Terence would love to see more super fight, and be a part of them.
