The contest was all about sending photos with descriptions of training methods, exercises, sets and reps to iza@armpower.net.

The contest lasted 2 months and ended on the last day of April.

How many winners were there? You’ll soon find out. We’ll publish one training every day and tell you how did the author place on the podium.
