Armwrestling trainings with Mazurenko Equipment machines.
1.Imitating fighting with triceps, 8 sets, starting with small weights warmup.
2.Wrist curls on a machine. 6-8 sets, starting with small weights warmup. Weights added increasingly. Exercise targets forearm and hand grip.
3.Supination for over the top – 8 sets, starting with small weights.
4. Fingers exercise, pincer grip, strengthens fingers for fighting purposes. 8 sets.
5. Imitation of side pressure. 8 sets, starting with small weights.
Mazurenko table training, using vaious grips.
6. Pulldowns with straps. Trsining for hook technique, using side pressure and wrist. Very good for biceps. 8 sets, starting with small weights.
7. Training with a mobile grip, great for fingers. 8 sets, starting with small weights.
