Now my arms are ok; I just had a lot of muscle ache after the tournament

How hard was this competition for you? What is your common impression?

The competition was super hard. The level was the highest ever possible!

Why didn’t you participate at your weight class on right hand?

 I didn’t pull 100 kg right because i wanted to be fresh for the open class.

You were great on your left hand and your right hand fight with Tokarev was amazing. Tell, please, were you satisfied with the results of the draw? Who was the strongest rival for you on left hand?

 I am very glad with the result of my left arm.

And I think I pulled well on my right arm, but the draw was not so good for me. I hope next time it will be better!

In fight with Tokarev you both had shown a great skill and technique. Tell about this fight. How do you like it?

The match with Tokarev was a WAR!!! I really gave 100 % of myself to win it. I am very happy that i won that one.

Who surprised you the most?

In the first match of the open class i pulled Anatoly Skotdaev. I have seen some videos with him before, but i didnt know that he is so strong. He got my respect!

Do you have some interesting fights behind the stage?

 I didn’t pull backstage this time. I was tired enough after the competition.

What are your plans for future?

Now I take a little rest and after that – Worlds in Lithuania.
