- The first time I had a problem with the schedule, as there were many sleepless nights. There was not enough time for training was, but now everything is stabilized.

Will you go to the World Championship in Bulgaria?

- As for me, my shape is not bad, but I am not fully recovered from my injuries, especially left arm. That’s why I decided to miss Worlds, in addition to this there was no information about the places in the national team, as I almost did not prepare to the Ukrainian championship and did not get into the national team.

What do you think, what will change in your category? Who can become a major contender for the gold?

- I think that on the right hand definitely Khadzhimurat Zoloyev will take gold.

But on the left hand there’s a lot of contenders to win and any of them can take the first place.

Are you going to Zloty Tur?

- I will go there necessarily. I did not stop preparation for this tournament from the European Championship. On Zloty Tur there’s no weak opponents, but most of all I would like to meet at the table with Rustam Babaev.

What do you think about open class? Who will take home the trophy?

- In the open category most likely nobody will be surprised. The main contenders for victory – Andrey Pushkar, Dmitry Trubin and Michael Todd. Everything will depend on the way of fight between them and on the draw.

Do you think the system TOP-8 is convenient for selection in a Vendetta?

- Honestly, I do not know about a kind of system. I heard only that the winners would be invited to participate at Vendetta. If I get to perform well and I would be invited, I will definitely try to surprise everyone with their form.
