We all waited for sensations from definite athletes, and they were.

In the category up to 55 kg Islam Reiisov (Kazakhstan) took the gold medal, a few days ago he also won gold among juniors.

Everybody waited for the confrontation between Esra Kiraz (Turkey) and Snezhana Babayeva (Slovakia) in category women 50 kg. In eliminations their fight was weak, but in the final it was clear: Snezhana if stronger and she deservedly took the gold.

In the category of 65 kg for men, Jambul Vibliani lost to his teammate and then fought in B group. He reached the final and twice beat his opponent. As he said immediately after the final, this victory went to him very hard: every athlete had one foul, besides Jambul had a small wound.

Very exciting was the 75 kg category final, where met Vrezh Sedrakyan (Armenia) and Magzhan Shamiev (Kazakhstan). The fight was entertaining and hard, sportsmen pulled in  referee’s grip and the victory went to the athlete from Armenia.

Without any problems he overcame Sasho Andreev (Bulgaria) and Artem Taynov (Russia). Alexander Logvin’s (Russia) duel with Sasho Andreev was one of the best on this day. The undeniable sensation for us was the category of 100 kg. From Kazakhstan in this category performed Georgiy Dzeranov, which has not been seen before. But he loudly declared in the preliminary matches winning against the tyrant of this weight - Vitaliy Laletin (Russia). As a result, Georgiy has become the world champion.

It is worth paying attention to the team: the most close-knit and friendly were the Kazakhs and the Swedes, who supported their teammates loudly.
