Weigh-ins  - 8am - 9am (Saturday Competitorsonly)
Weigh-ins - 10am -6pm (Sunday Competitors)

Opening Ceremonies - 9:30am
Competition - 10am

Sunday, July 1

After Party:  8pm to midnight

(kids are welcome as we have a sectioned areawith inflatable game)

Please Note: Age categories are determined by how old you are at the end of the calender year
Junior Classes ( born 2000 or later)

13 and Under  (born 2005 or later) (mixed)
25kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 60+kg

14 & Over (born 2000 - 2004):
Boys: 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 80+kg
Girls: 60kg, 60+kg

Senior Classes
Men - 60kg, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 100, 110, & 110+

Ladies - 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 80+kg

Masters Classes (40 years and Over)

(born 1978 or earlier)
Men - 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, 100kg, 100+kg
Ladies - 70kg, 80kg, 80+kg

Grand Masters Classes (50 years and Over)

(born 1968 or earlier)
Men - 65kg,  90kg,  90+kg

Disabled
Men - 75kg, 75+kg
Ladies - Open

Weigh-in: Mirabel Room

Registration fee: 60 $ per arm

JUNIOR: 20$ per arm

To be admitted to the Canadian National Championship, you must contact the President of your respective provincial association.
