DRESS CODE:

- All participants must be in sportspants, sportsshoes and national or club t-shirt.

WEIGHT CLASSES:

JUNIOR UP 18  (born 2004 and sooner) - Left & Right Hand:

Girls: 63kg, +63kg
Boys: 86kg, +86kg.

SENIORS (Born 2005 and sooner) - Left & Right Hand:

Women: 63kg, 78kg, +78kg,
Men: 70kg, 78kg, 86kg, 95kg, 105, +105kg,

MASTERS (Born 1982 and sooner ) - Left & Right Hand:

Women: 70kg, +70kg
Men: 86kg, 105kg, +105kg


NOTE:

- Juniors can pull their native classes and one extra class in Seniors, both arms.
- Seniors can pull in more that one weight class
- Masters can pull their native class and one extra class in Seniors, both arms.
- The competition will be played on the left and right hand in the two-loser system according to the IFA rules.
- Call for volunteers: referees still needed, please get in contact with the admin if you can help

FEES:

Each person can participate in 2 categories of a combination of weight and age of their same level or harder.

- Juniors: FREE left and right in "juniors class" (+15 € to go in Seniors pr. arm)
- Seniors: 55€ for both arms in one catetegory (+15€ to participate in additional senior class pr. arm)
- Masters: 55€ for both arms in one catetegory (+15€ to participate in senior class pr. arm)

Who can attend: Anyone (190 spots open).
